Weekly events
Try out your pot making skills such as slab, coil and thumb techniques, in addition to learning glazing and underglazing your pottery. Get creative, making your own sculptures and pots, to be kiln fired and taken home for your enjoyment.
Each session costs £10 which provides tuition, as well all materials and equipment. Call 01292 451618 to book.

Sand Art uses colourful sand to make wonderful pictures. The workshops are incredible fun, not only for the children, but the parents too. Sand Art is engaging and addictive, giving children the instant satisfaction and enjoyment that they love.

Come and join the informal and friendly group of writers at Hengistbury Head. All abilities are welcomed, from novices to novelists. Whatever your particular writing interests are, come and share your ideas and experience, as well as recieve some helpful feedback. Hot drinks and biscuits are also provided. There is no need to book in advance and the event is free, but there is a suggested donation of £2.

For five years running this popular reindeer making event has blessed hengistbury head. Come and join in the fun and make your own reindeer in time for Christmas! Book early to avoid dissapointment (01202 451618). Cost £7pp.
